You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by notifying us by e-mail or letter. Once the order has been dispatched, you can cancel it by e-mail or letter within seven working days from the day after receipt. You must return the goods to us within thirty days of receipt. Money will be refunded within thirty days of cancellation. Goods returned to us should be sent by an insured carrier at the customer's expense to protect them from damage in transit.
