The Lady TENS is so simple to use. Everything is pre-set except for the intensity, which is controlled by just one dial.
The pre-set burst mode is used between contractions. The light indicator will flash on and off in this mode. At the onset of a contraction, simply press the booster button at the top of the unit for that extra surge of power needed to combat the pain.
