We have tried to make shopping with us as easy as possible. Simply browse through our product catalogue, by following the links in the Categories list on any page (see left), or from our full category list. Full details of each product are given, including the price, delivery charges and times, etc.

Selecting Goods
If you would like to add an item to your shopping basket, just click the "Buy" or "Add To Basket" button. This will display your shopping basket, with the item added. You can change the number of items required by typing a new value in the box next to the item and clicking the "Update Quantities" button. You can also remove items from your shopping basket by setting the quantity to zero.

You can then go back to the product catalogue to do some more shopping, or proceed to the checkout.

Proceed To Checkout
When you are ready to buy the items in your shopping basket, click the "Checkout" on the shopping basket display.

Enter Your E-Mail Address And Password
You will be asked for your e-mail address. You should then take one of the following three steps:-

• If you have not shopped with us before, then click the link to create a new account. You will be asked for your details, including a password. Please make a careful note of this as you will need it if you wish to place an order in the future. When you have entered your details, click the "OK" button and you will be taken to the checkout.
• If you are an existing customer and have forgotten your password, click the password reminder link at the bottom of the page.
• If you have shopped with us before, enter your password and click the link to check out.

Checkout
Once you arrive at the checkout, you will need to fill in your credit card details. The checkout form shows an order summary, as well as the invoice details.

If you wish to specify a delivery address other than the one you entered when you created your account, you can do so at this stage.

When you are ready, click the "Place your order" button. Your order will be entered into our system and you will be given an order number. Please make a careful note of this as you will need it in any correspondence regarding your order.

As soon as we receive your order, we will send a confirmation e-mail to the address that you specified.

Await Delivery
We will process your order and deliver the goods within the time stated. If there are any problems or queries with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you wish to enquire about the status of your order, please contact us and quote your order number.
